Shipping Policies
We do not normally make a profit when
someone buys from us the first time.  Our
income comes when you come back to us
again and again, or tell someone else
about us.  This is one reason why our goal
is to make sure that you are exceptionally
happy with your experience, and that you
will want to tell people about our store.


Unless otherwise requested,
your order will be sent by UPS
ground service if you are within
the 48 contiguous states and the
District of Columbia.  Orders
going to Alaska and Hawaii can
only be sent 2nd. day air or next
day air.  Your order will be
carefully packaged with
sufficient protective packing
material.
If your order is damaged, it will be promptly replaced,
or you may receive a refund if you prefer.  You need to
let us know as soon as possible if your order has been
damaged so that we can file for a damage claim.  Do
not return any damaged merchandise before contacting
us by e-mail or phone.

Over 98% of the items that we carry are in stock.  If
something that you order is out of stock, we will let you
know right away.  If you so desire, the item could be
reordered when it arrives in America from Africa, or
you could choose to order something else.
                 Return Policy
We do all we can to make sure you receive the finest quality
products; and that you are satisfied with the service receive.  If
you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can
return your purchase for a full and complete refund; or for
replacement with other items of equal value.

All we ask is that you return those items within 10 days of
receiving them.

Please be aware that many of the items shown are hand made
and will have unique individual differences.  The photos shown
will be identical or reasonably similar to the item sent to you.  
Regardless, you have a 10 day no question asked, return policy
more purchasing concerns
