Purchasing  Procedures
When you find an item to purchase, your first step involves
contacting  us. (see contact us on home page)

Please do not send money.  By contacting us first, it allows us
the opportunity to confirm that the product is available.  Once
we have confirmed that the product (s) are/is available, we then
can complete the payment arrangements.  We do our best to
keep our catalog up to date, but with over 1500 products and
suppliers both domestically as well as international, sometimes a
product listed in our catalog might be out of stock.  Therefore
we need to confirm before we can began the purchasing process.

With such a variance as far as shipping charge, a final cost can
not be determined until all details have been received.  Also, if a
person is purchasing more than one item, a discount could be
available as far as the shipping cost.
